Those labels are lines on a published RNAV (GPS) approach. Choosing which one applies belongs to the chart, the clearance, and your instructor. The app shows the picture of a procedure. It does not fly it.

LPV, LNAV/VNAV, and LP are minima on a published RNAV (GPS) approach chart. Choosing which one applies, and flying it, belongs to that chart, to the clearance, and to your instructor. IFR Suite does not make that choice. It is not the chart.
What a session can show is the picture of one procedure. The course, the fix, and the path from the initial segment through the missed approach. Glass or round gauges. The instruments stay in English. The session panel follows the language you choose.
The same trainer is also a departure, the traffic pattern, a hold, an intercept, or a DME arc. On a hold, the entry is direct, teardrop, or parallel, chosen from your heading and from where you are relative to the inbound course. There are more than 9,800 airports and navaids.
The app does not copy a clearance. It does not grade the approach against the minimums. Time in the app is not flight time and not instrument time. It is not for a real flight.
Use a short session, then fly the procedure with your instructor.
