In the aircraft, a hold is a clearance: the fix, the inbound course, the direction of the turns, and the time on the leg. IFR Suite does not copy that clearance, and it does not time the legs.
The exercise is the geometry of the entry. There are three.
You choose from your heading and from where you are relative to the inbound course. The fix can be a real one. Glass or round gauges. The instruments stay in English. The session panel follows the language you choose.
The same trainer is also a departure, the traffic pattern, an approach, an intercept, or a DME arc. There are more than 9,800 airports and navaids.
This page does not teach wind correction, and it does not list the mistakes of a hold in the airplane. The app is not a source of charts. Time in the app is not flight time and not instrument time. It is not for a real flight.
Use a short session, then fly the hold with your instructor.
